Settlement payables
The Settlement Payables folder contains the individual payable lines from your settlements.
When you double-click a settlement payable in the HD view, the Settlement window opens with the Settlement tab selected and with focus in the settlement payable line you clicked.

Common accesses available on settlement payables

| Data | Have read-only access to settlement payables from anywhere in the software (e.g., field validations, filters, date expressions). |
| Read | Have read-only access to settlement payable records. |
| Report | Run reports with settlement payable information. |
| Report Designs | Create and edit report designs with settlement payable information. This access enables the Report Designs button on the Output tab of report dialogs. |
| Shared Answers | Create and edit saved answers related to settlement payables. |
| Shared Filters | Create and edit shared filters on settlement payables. |
| Visible | View the Settlement Payables folder in the Navigation pane. |
