Contract payables
The Contract Payables folder contains the individual payable lines from your contracts.
When you double-click a contract payable in the HD view, the Contract window opens with the Contract tab selected and with focus in the payables line you clicked.

Common accesses available on contract payables

| Change | Use the mass change action on contract payables. |
| Data | Have read-only access to contract payables from anywhere in the software (e.g., field validations, filters, date expressions). |
| Delete | Delete contract payables. |
| Edit | Edit contract payable records. |
| Read | Have read-only access to contract payable records. |
| Report | Run reports with contract payable information. |
| Report Designs | Create and edit report designs with contract payable information. This access enables the Report Designs button on the Output tab of report dialogs. |
| Shared Answers | Create and edit saved answers related to contract payables. |
| Shared Filters | Create and edit shared filters on contract payables. |
| Visible | View the Contract Payables folder in the Navigation pane. |
