Built-in filters

Employee leave plans are leave plans which are assigned to specific employees. An employee's leave plans are assigned in the Seniority & Leave Plans table on the Seniority & Leave tab of the employee record.

To view all employees with an assigned leave plan, highlight the Payroll/Human Resources > Employees > Leave Plans folder and view them in the HD view. Drilling down on a leave plan in the HD view opens the employee record to the Seniority & Leave tab with focus on the leave plan you clicked on.

Common accesses available on employee leave plans

Access A user with this access can...
Change Use the mass change action on employee leave plans.
Data Have read-only access to employee leave plans from anywhere in the software (e.g., field validations, filters, date expressions).
Delete Delete employee leave plans.
Edit Edit employee leave plan records.
Read Have read-only access to employee leave plan records.
Report Run reports with employee leave plan information.
Report Designs Create and edit report designs with employee leave plan information. This access enables the Report Designs button on the Output tab of report dialogs.
Shared Answers Create and edit saved answers related to employee leave plans.
Shared Filters Create and edit shared filters on employee leave plans.
Visible View the Employees > Leave Plans folder in the Navigation pane.

Employee leave plans filters

The following built-in filters are available for employee leave plans:

Filter Name Effect
? Current Values Prompts for a date and lists employees and their leave plan(s) as of that date.
? Employee Code Prompts for an employee code and lists leave plans for employees with an employee code that contains the specified search string.
? Employee Name Prompts for an employee name and lists leave plans for employees with a name that contains the specified search string.
? Leave Plan Code Prompts for a leave plan code and lists employees assigned to that leave plan code.
? Leave Plan Description Prompts for a leave plan description and lists employees assigned to a leave plan code with a description that contains the specified search string.
Current Employees Lists current employees and the leave plan(s) assigned to them.
Terminated Employees Lists terminated employees and the leave plan(s) assigned to them.
