Customer classes

Customer classes categorize your customers for the purposes of reporting and billing. Each customer can be assigned to only one customer class. You can optionally designate GL account masks for receivables, sales, cost, and inventory on each customer class.

Change Use the mass change action on customer classes.
Change Logs  
Custom Fields Create and edit custom fields for customer classes.
Data Have read-only access to customer classes from anywhere in the software (e.g., field validations, filters, date expressions).
Delete Delete customer classes.
Edit Edit customer class records.
Export Export customer class records from ActivityHD.
Import Import customer class records into ActivityHD.
New Create new customer class records.
Read Have read-only access to customer class records.
Report Run reports with customer class information.
Report Designs Create and edit report designs with customer class information. This access enables the Report Designs button on the Output tab of report dialogs.
Shared Answers Create and edit saved answers related to customer classes.
Shared Filters Create and edit shared filters on customer classes.
Visible View the Classes folder in the Navigation pane.
